أعلنت هيئة أبوظبي للدفاع المدني عن تنظيم «مؤتمر أبوظبي الدولي لخدمات الإسعاف 2025»، والمقرر عقده خلال الفترة من 25 إلى 27 نوفمبر الجاري، في فندق كونراد أبراج الإتحاد – أبوظبي، وذلك في إطار جهودها المستمرة لتعزيز منظومة الرعاية الطبية الطارئة، والارتقاء بقدرات خدمات الإسعاف والاستجابة للحالات الحرجة على المستويين الوطني والإقليمي.
وجاء الإعلان خلال مؤتمر صحفي نظمته الهيئة في مبناها بمدينة خليفة، حيث تم استعراض أبرز محاور الحدث وأهدافه ودوره في تطوير منظومة الإسعاف والاستجابة الطارئة في الدولة والمنطقة.
ويُعد المؤتمر الأول من نوعه في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا، إذ يسلط الضوء على أهمية الرعاية الطبية ما قبل المستشفى، ويستعرض أحدث ما توصلت إليه التقنيات والابتكارات في مجال خدمات الإسعاف، من خلال منصة تجمع نخبة من الخبراء والقيادات المتخصصة من مختلف دول العالم لمناقشة مستقبل القطاع واستشراف احتياجاته.
ويشتمل برنامج المؤتمر على تسع ورش تدريبية متخصصة تستهدف العاملين في خدمات الإسعاف والمستجيبين الأوائل ومقدمي خدمات الاستجابة الأولية، إلى جانب ورش عامة معتمدة من جمعية القلب الأمريكية حول الإسعافات الأولية والإنعاش القلبي الرئوي (CPR). وسيحصل المشاركون في البرنامج العلمي للمؤتمر على ساعات تعليمية CME معتمدة من دائرة الصحة – أبوظبي، بما يعزز من القيمة التدريبية ويُسهم في تطوير الكفاءات المهنية ذات الإختصاص. كما يتضمن المؤتمر تنظيم «تحدي الإسعاف»، الذي تتنافس فيه فرق إسعاف وطنية ودولية عبر سيناريوهات عملية تحاكي الاستجابة للبلاغات الطارئة، بهدف قياس مستويات الأداء وتعزيز الجاهزية الميدانية.
وأكدت الهيئة أن تنظيم هذا المؤتمر يأتي انسجامًا مع توجيهات حكومة أبوظبي الرامية إلى بناء منظومة متكاملة ومرنة للاستجابة للطوارئ، ترتكز على الابتكار والتقنيات الحديثة، وتعتمد تكامل الجهود بين الجهات الصحية والشرطية والدفاع المدني لضمان أعلى مستويات حماية الأرواح.
وأضافت الهيئة أن هذا الحدث يشكل منصة استراتيجية لدعم البحث العلمي، وتطوير الممارسات التخصصية، وترسيخ مكانة أبوظبي كمركز إقليمي رائد في تطوير خدمات الإسعاف والرعاية الطبية الطارئة، بما يسهم في تعزيز جودة الحياة في المجتمع والارتقاء بقدرات منظومة الطوارئ على المستوى الوطني.
Abu Dhabi Civil Defence Authority Announces the Organization of the “Abu Dhabi International EMS Conference 2025”
The Abu Dhabi Civil Defence Authority has announced the organization of the “Abu Dhabi International EMS Conference 2025,” which is scheduled to take place from 25 to 27 November at Conrad Etihad Towers – Abu Dhabi. This comes as part of the Authority’s continuous efforts to enhance the emergency medical care system and advance the capabilities of EMS services and critical response at both the national and regional levels.
The announcement was made during a press conference held by the Authority at its headquarters in Khalifa City, where the key themes, objectives, and the role of the event in developing the EMS and emergency response system in the UAE and the region were presented.
The conference is the first of its kind in the Middle East and North Africa, highlighting the importance of pre-hospital emergency medical care, and showcasing the latest technologies and innovations in the field of EMS. It will provide a platform that brings together distinguished experts and specialized leaders from various countries around the world to discuss the future of the sector and anticipate its evolving needs.
The conference program includes nine specialized training workshops targeting EMS professionals, first responders, and primary response providers, in addition to general workshops accredited by the American Heart Association focusing on First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). Participants in the scientific program will receive Continuing Medical Education (CME) hours accredited by the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi, enhancing the educational value and contributing to the development of specialized professional competencies. The conference will also feature the “EMS Challenge,” in which national and international EMS teams compete through practical scenarios simulating emergency call responses, aiming to assess performance levels and enhance field readiness.
The Authority affirmed that organizing this conference aligns with the directives of the Government of Abu Dhabi to build an integrated and resilient emergency response system based on innovation and modern technologies, and grounded in the synergy between health, police, and civil defence sectors to ensure the highest standards of life protection.
It added that this event represents a strategic platform for supporting scientific research, developing specialized practices, and reinforcing Abu Dhabi’s position as a leading regional hub in advancing EMS and emergency medical care. This contributes to enhancing the quality of life in the community and strengthening the capabilities of the national emergency response system.
